The Administration of the Environmental Fund
His structure is under the coordination of the Ministry of Environment and has for goal the management of Environmental funds. Priority in funding is given to those projects which are part of the National Environmental Action Plan. Those projects can be financed through loans (with low interest rate and long grace periods) or grants.
